I believe in an evidence-based, research-backed approach to pelvic floor and core health that pairs rehab with fitness. Pregnancy is a beautiful, magical experience but it can be so hard on our bodies. My programs focus on creating a deep mind-muscle connection by working on simple movements that profoundly affect healing and will create lasting results that will serve you in both the prenatal and postpartum stages of motherhood.

hi, i’m lizzie.

My goal has always been to help women feel confident, empowered, educated and understood as they go through the changes and challenges of womanhood and motherhood, and I’m so grateful I get to have that positive impact while raising my two girls!

A big fan of pickleball, mornings and post-hike trips to a brewery, I love spending as much time as possible with my daughters, Mia and Lily, my handsome husband, Matt, and our fur baby Snickers. I’m equally passionate about teaching and learning — I went to school for 7 years for my doctorate after all. I love a big ol’ Greek salad or stuffed breakfast burrito, and my favorite workout playlist ranges from Blink-182 to 2000s hip hop.

A doctor of physical therapy, mom of two and big believer that movement is truly medicine.

After graduating with my doctorate in 2018, I went the traditional route and got a physical therapist job at a clinic. Fast forward two years, I was unhappy with my overworked clinic job and felt a deeper calling to help women live more fruitful lives. Something had to change.

I opened my physical therapy practice and started serving clients one-on-one but I knew I could be doing more. In working with my patients, I realized how much information was lacking in the PT space specific to pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic floor health. I set out to create my Mind Body Core programs to serve a larger community of women across the world.
